She has built people systems, coached leaders and enabled culture shifts across diverse business environments. Her work connects business priorities with practical people strategies — bringing greater clarity to roles, performance, capability and culture.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2015 with the founding of Magic Pumpkin HR & Image Consulting LLP, a boutique practice that later evolved into Inner Leap™. Over the years, she has led interventions across startups, MSMEs, schools, BFSI, IT and education ecosystems, working with individuals, teams and organisations through periods of growth and change.

Through Inner Leap™, Sohini brings together people strategy, coaching, behavioural science, storytelling, image and presence work, and the performing arts. Her approach recognises that meaningful transformation requires more than information: it calls for self-awareness, practice and the confidence to translate insight into action.

She created The Leap Room™, Inner Leap’s signature intervention, which blends ego-state theory, performing arts and humour to support deep behavioural change. Its applications range from leadership readiness and voice development to confidence, emotional expression and personal transitions.
